Jesus is the Sweetest Name I know! 1/29/24

 Hey Everybody! I hope yall had an absolutely fantastic week! Mine was so good, and all over the place! Me and Sister Brady have finally decided that we're never gonna have a normal day together, but that makes it fun! 


We had Zone conference this week! It was so fun to get to know more people from the mission! We had some amazing trainings, and I got called up in front of everyone to do role play! Isn't that so fun for me! We saw our last District Leader there and he told me I better stay obedient or else he would "ahhh!" I have no idea what that means but he made a weird face so i guess i should probably stay obedient! (don't worry, I would be obedient either way) 

We had Africa night again this week! It was so fun! Our friend Sarah came with us, She's seriously the cutest person ever!! She got really excited when we walked in with our African skirts, and told us how we need to wash them so that they don't loose their color! She loved all the singing, especially the song " Jesus is the sweetest name I know" She said her only complaint was that it was too short! Also Sarah gave me 5 amens this week when we prayed with her, I set a record yall! I have never been prouder of myself!

 The work is still going crazy here, and I'm so grateful I get to see it and be just a small part of it! Love you all and can't wait to talk again!

Mall of America craziness! 3/18/24

  Hey Everybody! The last couple weeks have been absolutely crazy! We were able to go to Mall of America last week and had an interesting time... Elder Hemingway almost died, but he wanted to write about it himself so... ( he also wrote it from my perspective so...) Hi Guys this is Elder Hemingway typing this. Two dumb blondes in the creeks comes to an end 2/19/24

  Hey Everyone! I know I start pretty much every email off like this, but once again this week was crazy!  We had a lesson with our friend Rohit that was 2 1/2 hours long... my brain was completely dead after! It was our last lesson with him since we finally got him to agree to meet with the missionaries who are actually in his area, and because it was our last we had some members who wanted the lesson to be at their house! Although the lesson went way over, we saw miracles! After the lesson we went back to say hi to the Members mom, who's a convert and has the sweetest testimony! When she found out Rohit was just learning about the church she looked right at him and said, "Do it, this is where the lord wants you so just do it!" She then told us her conversion story and it was the coolest experience!  This week we also had transfers!! Sister Brady left which was no surprise, she had been in this area for 4 transfers! I made it to Minnesota!! NOV 20TH , 2023

  Hey everybody! This week has been so amazing, and crazy, and just all of the above!  My last week at the MTC was CRAZY! Sister Spannaus came for our Tuesday night devotional and I learned so much from her! She talked a lot about how are job as missionaries is to help people focus the light in their lives. I thought this a cool way to see it! Because everyone has been given the light of Christ, So we help people to focus and recognize it. We had the departure devotional on Wednesday and guess what guys?? I GOT TO PLAY THE MUSICAL NUMBER!! I was so excited and grateful for the chance to share my testimony through music. The piano has been such a big part of my life for so long, and has helped me grow my testimony so the chance to share that with others at the MTC was beyond amazing!  I flew out to Minnesota on Friday morning, (little bit of advice... avoid waking up at 3:30, just trust me on this one!)
